Ladies Boxing Classes St Helens
Joey’s Gym St Helens provides Ladies boxing classes, which are one hour in duration and comprise of serious conditioning and cardio work combined with genuine boxing technique and drills. The classes are designed to improve overall fitness levels as well as sculpt and tone your figure fast .
Coaching is carried out by Joey’s Gym expert Trainers and can be 1 on 1 in pairs or in one of our Ladies Boxing Classes
